Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by our products and will accept returns within 7-14 days of purchase for different categories , subject to the terms below. All returns are by appointment, require the original receipt, and must pass inspection.
Instrument Return Policy
Window: Return within 14 days of purchase.
Condition: Must be returned in “as-new” condition with all accessories, paperwork, and original packaging.
Wear/Damage: Any depreciation due to damage, missing parts, cleaning, or repairs will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee: 10% of the purchase price on instrument returns.
New Bow & New Instrument Case Return Policy
Window: Return within 14 days in new condition with original packaging/tags.
Defects: New bows and new cases include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (excludes wear, misuse, accidents).
Restocking Fee: 10% on bow returns; 10% on case returns.
Antique / Previously Used Bow Return Policy
Window: Return within 14 days for a refund if the bow is returned in the same condition.
As-Is: Antique/used bows are sold as-is.
Restocking Fee: 10% on antique/used bow returns.
Strings & Accessories Return Policy
Unopened: Unopened, sealed strings and accessories may be returned within 7 days.
Strings Installed/Open: Installed or opened strings are not returnable. We can only accept unopened, unused strings in intact condition in original packing .
Tone Preference: Because every instrument’s tone is unique, we cannot accept string returns based on tonal preference.
Accessories only can be accepted return on unopened , unused in original condition .
Restocking Fee: 10% for return strings and accessories

Items purchased using trade-in credit or rental credit
Special orders, custom/modified items, clearance/final sale items
Items not in original, resalable condition or missing packaging/components
